Pictolang processes only the data needed to convert text and provide Telegram features.
How text is processed
The text you enter is sent to the server. By default, source text is not stored in the persistent database. For caching and editor handoff, it may be stored temporarily with a short lifetime and a single-use identifier.
Feedback
Your rating and a fixed reason for a negative rating are stored without the source text. Choosing “Other” does not ask for a comment. Source text can be stored only after separate, explicit consent.
Telegram and payments
Telegram initData is sent to the server to verify a Mini App launch. Payment and account data is kept to the minimum needed to provide Pro access, support, and meet legal obligations.
Data deletion
Technical product events are deleted automatically after the configured retention period, which is 90 days by default. They do not contain source text, results, Telegram initData, usernames, or full IP addresses. Account and payment data is deleted on request, subject to applicable requirements.
